Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th/Matric and completed the 18-month ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) training from an INC/SNC recognized institution.
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: मैट्रिक/दसवीं उत्तीर्ण हो तथा 18 माह का ए.एन.एम. प्रशिक्षण भारतीय/राज्य नर्सिंग परिषद से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से पूरा किया हो। -
Additional Requirement: Must be registered with the Jharkhand Nurses Registration Council.
अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता: झारखंड नर्सेज़ रजिस्ट्रेशन काउंसिल में पंजीकरण अनिवार्य।

Note / नोट:
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD – all categories):
Candidates from all categories with 40% or more disability are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation upon submission of a valid certificate (Annexure-X) issued by the competent medical board before the last date of application.
सभी वर्गों के ऐसे अभ्यर्थी जिनकी विकलांगता 40% या उससे अधिक है, उन्हें सक्षम चिकित्सा बोर्ड द्वारा अंतिम तिथि से पूर्व निर्गत वैध प्रमाणपत्र (परिशिष्ट–X) प्रस्तुत करने पर अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी जाएगी।
• Ex-Servicemen / भूतपूर्व सैनिक:
Ex-servicemen are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation over and above the upper age limit of their respective category.
भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को उनके वर्ग की अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की अतिरिक्त छूट दी जाएगी।
• Only one type of age relaxation can be claimed:
Only one type of age relaxation (either for disability or ex-servicemen) can be claimed.
एक ही प्रकार की आयु छूट (या तो विकलांगता या भूतपूर्व सैनिक) का दावा किया जा सकता है।
• Contractual Government Employees (ANM post only):
Contractual ANM employees working in Jharkhand Government hospitals or health centers are eligible for a maximum upper age limit of 55 years, provided they have completed at least 5 years of continuous contractual service by the last date of application.
झारखंड राज्य के सरकारी अस्पतालों/स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में कार्यरत संविदा ANM कर्मियों को अधिकतम 55 वर्ष की आयु सीमा तक छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। बशर्ते उन्होंने आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष की निरंतर संविदा सेवा पूर्ण की हो।
- UR / EWS / BC-I / BC-II (Jharkhand): ₹100
- SC / ST (Jharkhand): ₹50
- PwD (≥40%, Jharkhand): No Fee
- Other States: UR only, ₹100, no reservation

Refund Policy: Application fee is non-refundable in any case.
Fee Payment: Online via card, net banking, or UPI, QR Code between 11-08-2025 and 10-09-2025.
